Why is not questioning the negative effect of judgement. A student in Annamali universiy was murdered and his body was cut into peaces. The Cuddalore court gave double life imprishment. The high court set him free. Did the high court asked the police to find the culprit before set the person free. Not. This shows weakness of the system and the failure o protect and gave justice to the family who lost their child.9.
When the police refuse to enter the places where lawyers/ law students fight, the ploice is ounished. When the police enters, there is a big cry and the police is punished. Are we living in the barbaric society.10.
